Dutch Vocabulary Mind Maps: Laundry

Posted on November 24, 2025November 24, 2025 by Self Study Dutch

Sunday – fun day my ass! Laundry day it is, as usual. Doesn’t it make a perfect prompt for a mind map to learn some new Dutch words? Maybe a subject to complain about with colleagues during breaks? Sounds like a go for me.

Went with the logic of the process of doing the laundry. The mind map is focused on being used at A1-A2 level for now. You can click on the hotspots to hear the pronunciation. You can also see the word in actual use. I aimed to pick expressions I would use in real life with real people. Please feel free to adopt them, try them out, and share what happened. Did they understand you better? Was the conversation richer, and did they help you express yourself? Let me know in the comments!
